Why should you use this form?
This form prompts you for information that is essential to project developers of that project. They need this information to understand and reproduce the bug. Being able to understand and reproduce bugs is the first step towards getting the bug fixed.
Four easy steps to report a new bug!
Step 1. Create a Scorpio account and log in.
Request admin to create an account for your project. You will be assigned as reporter. After you receive your Scorpio username and password, you may log-in to report bugs related to your project.
Step 2. Search for your bug.
Make sure the the bug you are going to report has not been
reported by any of the reporter(of your project). If you don't
find your bug, then search Scorpio. Searching
reported BUGS effectively
For example: 1 or ticker
Note: This is a sample search form.
Look through the search results. If you get any negative message such as ' No bugs found for your search' Scorpio found no bugs that match.
If you find a bug that looks the same as yours, you can add comments(Bug Note) to that bug, but please don't add a new one.
Step 3. Gather information.
Please try to complete this form as accurately as you can. The more you can tell us, the better our chance of being able to understand and reproduce your bug.

Step 4. Report your new bug to Scorpio.
Now that you've gathered all the right information, you're ready to report your bug to Scorpio.
