Installations and Troubleshooting of:

• TVS Printers and UPS

• EPSON Printers

• Other Devices, Like WEB CAM etc.

• Agrosoft mail server

• Linux server as proxy server, SMB & send mail server

Responsibilities:

• Provide information to Customers on latest technical updates

• Attend Calls on Specific Time.

• Doing quality assessments on time, supporting and rendering appropriate advice to the Customers

• Display right attitude and rise to the occasion depending on the situation from time to time.

• Plan and manage crisis situation by allocating various tasks, Depending upon contingency.
